A very effective and easy Islamic prayer to increase mother’s milk to feed the newborn baby. Mother’s milk is the only source of nutrition for the infant to grow. This is the wazifa for breastfeeding and very popularly known as dua for baby to drink mother milk.

Maa ke doodh ki kami kisi bhi wajah se ho sakti hai. Hamal ke dauran khane peene me kami ka sabab bhi ho sakta hai. Agar maa apne bachche ko ek zarurat tadad mein doodh nahi pila paati hai, doodh ki kami ki wajah se, to esi surat mein bachcha bhookha reh jata hai. Aur bachche ke bhookhe rehne se kayi amraz ho sakte hai. Khoon mein kami ke sath aur kayi marz hone ka khatra bana rehta hai.

It helps baby to fight the disease. Even science has proved this, ALHAMDULILLAH. In some mother’s this milk has not found in sufficient quantity. Whereas, it is essential for baby’s growth. Agar kisi ko doodh ki ziyadti ki zarurat ho apne bachche ko pilane ke liye to Ba wuzu is Ayat-e-Karima (Surah Al-Baqarah, Ayat ‘Adad 233) ko teen (3) martaba parh kar kisi bhi chiz par dum karke khila de. Doodh aane ki dua se Insha ALLAH behtareen faydah hoga. Ayat arabi me upar likhi hui hai. Ap is wazifa ko rozana bil nagah kar sakte hai jab tak apko faydah na ho. How to Increase Breast Milk Production

Doodh ki Ziyadti Ke Liye Wazifa English Mein

If you are a mother of a newborn baby or who feeds her baby and have a deficiency of milk. This is the best and easy wazifa for you ALHAMDULILLAH. This will benefit you. What you have to do is Make a fresh ablution and recite this Ayat-e-Kareema (Surah Al-Baqarah, Verse #233,See above) three times (3) and blow on some eatables, a food or anything that a mother can eat. दूध की ज़ियादती के लिए अमल हिंदी में

अगर किसी को दूध की ज़्यादती चाहिए और ज़रूरत हो अपने बच्चे को पिलाने के लिए|

1. तो एसे में बा-वुज़ू इस आयत-ए-करीमा (सूरह अल-बक़राह, आयत ‘अदद 233, उपर लिखी हुई है अरबी में) को तीन (3) मर्तबा पढ़ लीजिये|
2. फिर किसी भी चीज़ पर दम करके माँ को खिला दे|
3. इंशा अल्लाह बेहतरीन फायदः होगा|
4. आप इस वज़ीफ़ा को रोज़ाना बिला नागाह कीजिए सकते है जब तक आपको फायदः ना हो|
5. माँ चाहे तो खुद भी कर सकती है|

ग़ौर तलब- ख्वातीन हैज़ के 7 रोज़ के दौरान बिल्कुल ना कीजिए|

1. Asparagus and Ashwagandha- 2-3 gram ke qarib gungune pani mein subah aur sham ko lijiye.

Wa-alwalidatu yurdi’na awladahunna hawlayni kaamilayni liman araada an-yutimma-alrrada’ata

اور مائیں اپنے بچوں کو پورے دو برس دودھ پلائیں یہ اس کے لیے ہے جو دودھ کی مدت کو پورا کرنا چاہے

Mothers may breastfeed their children two complete years for whoever wishes to complete the nursing [period].

और माएँ अपने बच्चों को पूरे दो बरस दूध पिलायें ये उसके लिए है जो दूध की मुद्दत को पूरा करना चाहे|

2. Surah Hud Ayat Adad 06 Ka Ek Hissa

 وَمَا مِن دَابَّةٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ إِلَّا عَلَى اللَّهِ رِزْقُهَا

Wama min dabbatin fee alardi illa ‘alaa-Allahi rizquha

ارو زمین پر کوئی چلنے والا نہیں مگر اس کی روزی الله پر ہے

And there is no creature on earth but that upon ALLAH is its provision,

और ज़मीन पर कोई चलने वाला नहीं मगर उसकी रोज़ी अल्लाह पर है|

3. Surah Az-Zumar Ayat Adad 38 Ka Ek Hissa

عَلَيْهِ يَتَوَكَّلُ الْمُتَوَكِّلُونَ

‘alayhi yatawakkalu-almutawakkiloona

توکل کرنے والے اسی پر توکل کیا کرتے ہیں

upon Him [alone] rely the [wise] reliers.”

तवक्कल करने वाले उसी पर तवक्कल किया करतें है|

Agar mitti ki tashtari par ek bar likhkar saat roz tak pilaya aur asar thik se na ho hua to fir se likhkar saat roz tak pila sakte hai.

जिस औरत को दूध की कमी की शिकायत हो, उसके लिए एक रोज़ नयी मिट्टी की तश्तरी (बड़ी प्लेट) पर ऊपर लिखी हुई तीनो (3) आयात लिख कर सात (7) रोज़ तक उसमे पानी पिलाना निहायत मुजर्रब है| आयात वुज़ू बना कर लिखिए|

अगर फायदाह देर से हो रहा है तो ऐसी सूरत में अगले 7 रोज़ अमल को फिर से आगे बड़ा लें| यानि फिर से प्लेट पर लिखें और उसे 7 रोज़ तक पिलाएं| इन्शा अल्लाह माँ के दूध में इज़ाफह होगा आमीन|

ग़ौर तालाब: ख़वातीन ये आयात हैज़/माहवारी में नहीं लिखें|

Iske ilava ek asan aur chhota sa amal aur pesha kiye deta hu. Is amal mein ye to maa khud apne doodh mein izafah ke liye parh sakti hai. Ya to koi dusra shakhs bhi. Kayi bar maa bache ki paidaish ke bad napaki aur beemari ki halat mein rehti hai. To esi surat me shauhar ya koi aur shakhs ye amal karlein.

Wuzu banakar ALLAH ke pyare ism-e-mubarak “ya Mateenu” ko barah (12) martabah har martabah “Bismillah Shareef” ke sath parhiye. Parhne ke bad kisi bhi peene ki cheez jaise pani ya phir doodh par dam kar dein. Aur phir ye dam kiya hua pani ya doodh maa khud pile.

Maa Ke Doodh Barhane Ki Dua din mein sirf ek bar hi parhkar piye. Rozana ye amal karein. Jab tak zarurat ho karti rahein. Insha ALLAH beshumar fawaid hasil honge. Aur bacha kabhi maa ke doodh ki kami se bhookha na rahega.

Dua to Increase Mother’s Milk #3 in English

Besides all the above two wazaif. Let me present you another very short, strong and quickly working wazifa to gain mother’s milk to breastfeed her child. The woman herself can perform this Islamic prayer. If she is sick after delivery anyone on her behalf can perform this amal, for example, husband or mother-in-law etc.

Recite the lovely name of ALLAH “ya Mateenu” twelve (12) times and blow on milk or water. Let the mother drink this. Do this one (1) time every day. You can continue this wazifa till you see favorable results.

Note: Females can recite this during their menses/periods.

माँ के दूध बढ़ाने की दुआ ‘अदद 3

माँ के दूध बढ़ाने के ऊपर जो अमल दिए है उनके इलावा एक आसान, छोटा और तीसरा अमल और पेश किये देता हूँ| इस अमल में ये तो माँ खुद अपने दूध में इज़ाफह के लिए पढ़ सकती है| या तो कोई दूसरा शख़्स भी| कई बार माँ बचे की पैदाइश के बाद नापाकी की हालत में रहती है| तो ऐसी सूरत में शौहर, सास या कोई और शख़्स ये अमल करलें|

वुज़ू बनाकर ये अमल करना है| अल्लाह के प्यारे ‘इस्म-ए-मुबारक “या मतीनू” को बारह (12) मरतबाह, हर मरतबाह “बिस्मिल्लाह शरीफ़” के साथ पढ़िए| पढ़ने के बाद किसी भी पीने की चीज़ जैसे पानी या फिर दूध पर दम कर दें| और फिर ये दम किया हुआ पानी या दूध माँ खुद पी ले|

माँ के दूध बढ़ाने की दुआ दिन में सिर्फ एक बार ही पढ़कर पिए| रोज़ाना ये अमल करें| जब तक ज़रूरत हो करती रहे| इन्शा अल्लाह बेशुमार फवाइद हासिल होंगे| और बचा कभी माँ के दूध की कमी से भूखा न रहेगा|

ग़ौर तलब: ख़वातीन अल्लाह के इस प्यारे इस्म-ए-मुबारक को हैज़/माहवारी में भी पढ़ सकती है|

Mother Feed Barhane ka Tariqa

Agar kisi aurat ke doodh kam ata ho. Aur uska bache ka pet bhar nahi pata ho. To doodh badhane ki jo dua niche pesh ki gayi hai use parhein. Insha ALLAH maa ke doodh mein izafah hoga. Doodh me zyadti karne ka is wazifa ke sath-sath upar diye hue khane ke chizon ko bhi khane mein shumar karein, faydah nasib hoga.

Maa ke Doodh Badhane ka Wazifa Kaise Karna Hai?

1. Kisi bhi roz ye amal shuru kar sakte hai.
2. Ya to maa khud apne doodh mein zyadti ke liye karle. Ya phir koi aur shakhs unki taraf se karle.
3. Wuzu banane ke bad wazifa parhna hai.
4. Maa ke doodh badhane ki niyat se Qur’an-e-Pak ki Surah ‘adad 16, Surah An Nahl ki ayat ‘adad 66 jo niche likhi di hai use ek martabah parhiye.
5. Parhne ke bad pani par dam kar dijiye aur maa ko pila dijiye.
6. Insha ALLAH maa ke doodh mein izafah hoga.
7. Rozana ye amal chand roz kijiye maa ke doodh ki ta’adaad jaldi baregi.
8. Ye amal jab tak ap chahe kar sakte hai. Iski koi muqarrar miyad nahi.

Ghaur Talab: Khawateen haiz/maahwari mein Qur’an-e-Pak ki koi bhi Surah nahi parhein. Baqi ye amal kisi aur shakhs se parhwa lein.

Qur’an-e-Kareem Surah ‘Adad 16, Surah An-Nahl, Ayat ‘Adad 66

क़ुर’आन-ए-करीम सूरह ‘अदद 16, सूरह अन-नहल, आयात ‘अदद 66

   وَإِنَّ لَكُمْ فِي الْأَنْعَامِ لَعِبْرَةً ۖ نُّسْقِيكُم مِّمَّا فِي بُطُونِهِ مِن بَيْنِ فَرْثٍ وَدَمٍ لَّبَنًا خَالِصًا سَائِغًا لِّلشَّارِبِينَ

Wa inna lakum fi-l-an’aami la ‘ibratan nusqeekum mimma fee butoonihee min bayni farsin wadamin labanan khaalisan saa-ighan li–shshaaribeena

اوربے شک تمہارے لیے چارپایوں میں سوچنے کی جگہ ہے ہم نےان کے جسم سے خون او رگوبر کے درمیان خالص دودھ پیدا کردیتے ہیں جو پینے والوں کے لیے خوشگوار ہے

और बेशक तुम्हारे लिए चार पायों में सोचने की जगह है हम इनके जिस्म से खून और गोबर के दरमियान ख़ालिस दूध पैदा कर देते है जो पीने वालो के लिए ख़ुशगवार है |

 

Dua to Increase Mother’s Milk #4

English

Breastfeeding is important for an infant as the milk of the mother contains all the necessary nutrients in appropriate quantity. This is absolutely what an infant needs to grow healthily. The milk of a mother is easily digestible too. If any deficiency in the quantity of milk arises it tends the child to get malnutrition and under weight. The infant remains hungry causes emergence of symptoms of other diseases. Which resultantly turns out to be a danger to his growth including survival conditions.

Mother’s milk also helps babies to fight against disease and it has scientifically proved that this milk contains antibodies. This helps to build immunity within the body. Secretion of mother’s milk occurs after delivery, this milk has antibodies: immunoglobulins, basically known in the form of IgD IgE, IgG, IgA, and IgM.

 

In Surah Baqarah Verse number 233, it has been beautifully mentioned: “And mothers suckle their children full two years; it is for one who wants to complete the (period of) suckling.” 

Through the above verse of Surah Baqarah, we can draw the meaning that the maximum duration of suckling an infant two lunar (Hijri) years post this period suckling is not allowed. Though there are some Hadith about breastfeeding which can be carried until 30 months which is two and a half (2.5) years- (Maariful Quran P.603 V.1).

If the child is weak enough and breastfeeding is necessary for him. Then a mother can breastfeed her child beyond two (2) years but not more than two and a half (2.5) years. For full article please refer here- Breastfeeding beyond two years.

How to Perform Wazifa for Increasing Mother’s Milk?

1. On any day and at any time
2. A mother herself or anyone on her behalf can perform this Islamic prayer to enhance the secretion of milk.
3. In the state of an ablution.
4. Recite from The Noble Qur’an Chapter number 16, Surah An-Nahl, Verse number 66 one (1) time.
5. After reciting blow on water and let the mother drink this.
6. There is no fixed number of days. One can do this every day until you see favorable results.
7. Insha ALLAH within few days the secretion of mother’s milk will be increased, Ameen.

Note: Women should avoid readin this Surah during their menses/periods. 

 

Islamic Way to Increase Mother’s Breast Milk to Feed Baby in Hindi

माँ के दूध को बढ़ाने का वज़ीफ़ा हिंदी ज़ुबान में

अगर किसी औरत के बच्चे की पैदाइश के बाद दूध काम आता हो| और उसका बच्चे का पेट भर नहीं पता हो| तो दूध बढ़ाने की जो दुआ ऊपर दर्ज ज़हल है उसे पढ़ें| इन्शा अल्लाह माँ के दूध में इज़ाफाह होगा| दूध में ज़्यादती करने का इस वज़ीफ़ा के साथ-साथ ऊपर दिए हुए खाने के चीज़ों को भी खाने में शुमार करें, फायदा नसीब होगा|

माँ के दूध बढ़ाने का वज़ीफ़ा कैसे करना है?

1. किसी भी रोज़ ये अमल शुरू कर सकते है|
2. या तो माँ खुद अपने दूध में ज़्यादती के लिए ये अमल कर ले| या फिर कोई और शख़्स उनकी तरफ से करले|
3. वुज़ू बनाने के बाद वज़ीफ़ा पढ़ना है|
4. माँ के दूध बढ़ाने की नियत से क़ुर’आन-ए-पाक की सूरह ‘अदद 16, सूरह अन-नहल की आयत अदद 66 जो निचे लिखी दी है उसे एक मरतबा पढ़िए|
5. पढ़ने के बाद पानी पर दम कर दीजिये और माँ को पीला दीजिये|
6. इन्शा अल्लाह माँ के दूध में ख़ूब इज़ाफह होगा|
7. रोज़ाना ये अमल चन्द रोज़ कीजिये माँ के दूध की ता’अदाद जल्दी बड़ेगी|
8. ये अमल जब तक आप चाहे कर सकते है| इसकी कोई मुक़र्रर मियाद नहीं|

ग़ौरतलब: ख़वातीन हैज़/माहवारी में क़ुर’आन-ए-पाक की कोई भी सूरह नहीं पढ़ें| बाक़ी ये अमल किसी और शख़्स से पढ़वा लें|
