    My name is Basith and I am 31 years old. I got married 3 years ago and I have a kid of 2 years. I want to ask for dua and wazaif to ward of my problems that are coming into my life.

    1. I have been working in my company for 11.2 years, I had been terminated from the company for trivial reasons.
    2. I had not been given any notice of termination. Also I did not get full and final settlement from the company for working for 11 years.
    3. I am currently jobless
    4. I have been taking medicines for Depression and OCD(Obsessive compulsion disorder) for past 8 years.
    5. My relationship with my wife is not going good.Since 1 year there have been some issues between my wife’s family and my family. My mother is not sending my wife to visit her family.

    Please pray for getting a good job, getting rid of medicines (Taking since 8 years). Also my relationship with my wife should be good.

        • ‘ya eel’ means I ask
          ‘ya ilaaha’ means O God in arabic.
          ‘ya Fattah’u’ is Ism-e-Ilahi. ALLAH’s one of The Lovely Names which means- The Opener, The Revealer.
          ‘ya jibraeel ya meekaeel ya samnaeel ya mahlaeel’ as you know are the names of Angels.
          Hadrat Jibraeel needs no introduction. The Most important (prominent) Messenger Angel.
          About Hadrat Mikaeel- Mikaeel is the angel who is controlling rain and vegetation, and it nourishes the earth and thus our physical bodies, by the order of ALLAH.

            Referred to in verse (2:98) of Chapter (2) Sūrat Al-Baqarah (The Cow):

          Sahih International: Whoever is an enemy to Allah and His angels and His messengers and Gabriel and Mikaeel – then indeed, ALLAH is an enemy to the disbelievers.
          Lineage is as follows or Where Hadrat Mahalaeel exists in the chain:
          Ibrahim (A.S) bin Taarih (Aazer) bin Nahoor bin Saaroa (Or Sarroagh) bin Raooo bin Falikh bin Aabir bin Shaalikh bin Arfakhshad bin Saam bin Naoh (A.S) bin Laamik bin Matushalkh bin Akhnookh ( its said that this is name of Hazrat Idrees (A.S) bin Yaard bin Mahlaeel bin Qainan bin Aanoosh bin Scheis (A.S) bin Adam (A.S)
          Mahla’eel (Mahalaleel) and he did live for eight hundred years.
          Samnaeel or Samaeel is also one of the angels.

    I have question regarding my marriage.
    I know my husband over 8 years as Christian girl.From that moment I started to hear more about Islam.
    Time pass and we fall in love,my husband before just friend asked me to follow Islam and become muslimah.
    I was already following and had basic understanding how Islam work and was impressed to learn more and more about Islam but was worry only about my family what they may think about Islam .
    My husband had problem with visa and was in risk they will deport him from UK.We decided to do civil marriage and then in future nikah as I was not too much familiar still with islamic traditions.We loved each other.My family agreed with marriage but was not invited as he wanted to keep it as simple as possible only us and witnesses .
    When we get married our life become nice and happy for few months of marriage but after like 3 months my husband start act very strange and stop coming home and lived in his relatives house as before the marriage.
    The reasons he use to give me was that what his friends may say,his relatives and he can’t be with me coz I am not proper muslim and he have other work at his relatives house.He sometimes not come whole week home and even stop answer my calls.Sometimes only way I saw him was at our work as we work together.I was learning more and more about Islam and become more stronger in to knowledge and starting to finding out I become used by him .
    Time passed and we lived like this over year with unsatisfied marriage .My frustration become even more when I ask my husband to marry nikah as a proper married cupel and have life without sin.My husband refused to marry nikah and only reason was that his family doesn’t know about me.
    That come even more to my frustration and we end up always with arguments why his family still don’t know about me.
    My husband hides everywhere about our civil marriage what made others to think we are just friends.He enjoyed all parties and all events with his friends and colleagues where I was not even know where is he locating as he hides everything.Only I came to know that from social media where he clearly displayed pictures with another woman’s and from talking of same colleagues from parties .
    My sister and her husband (both also Muslims ) and both our colleagues start finding out my husband live double life with other woman’s .in some occations I catch mu husband with those woman’s in almost intime situation but instead of explanation or apologise he become violent on me and abusive.He also strangle me once and it was only because I asked him why he did not come at home.
    This moment decided for all and I asked for divorce from him with support of my family.I did not see my husband over 3 months.
    As we were married only 2 years he was scared of his visa and bagged me to help him out .He also come very emotional and apologise to me and confessed with some acts he done and have regrets.He was showing me how he still love me and how he hurts me and asked me to forgive me and promised that our life will be very beautiful and we do nikah in future.
    From that moment he was the most loving and caring husband.
    Time passed and he start act similar way as he again start partying and enjoying life.In some occations he doesn’t came home and it end up again same.I remind him his promises and also keeping asking him to marry nikah as I was still interested to live proper life.He was keeping refuse.My sister and brother in law keep explaining to him that we live in sin and telling him to think about that as I did asked them also for help.
    I was alhamdulillah increasing my knowledge about Islam day by day and shared with my sister who supported me alot .
    Then 2 years after of trying to convince him about nikah he agreed and also introduced me to his family throughout social media.They said they are hippy with me as soon us my husband is happy.We decided we do nikah in his country where again my parents was not able to attend .
    We marry ,returned to UK and my husband moved fully to my flat.I became pregnant straight away what even increased my happy ness and fulfill ness in our marriage and my dream which I was trying to convince my husband long time ago for baby.
    When my our baby was due to born my mother in law (his mother )come for 5 months to stay.
    Beginning of her stay was ok but it increase worse when baby born and my mother in law needs which she couldn’t handle.She felt home sick and many times she have me unnecessary emotional stress.It was little bit unpleasant visit only from that side where I was feeling abused by both of them in many occasions.She separated me and my husband from bed and took him to her room to stay with her as she couldn’t sleep at night of feeling home sick.With loads of pain and my lonely ness I kept quite and hold it inside me.It come that bad that I did not saw my husband for day as they spend more time together due to her homesickness.I have been left with baby on side by my husband and if I saw him and wanted to talk to him for anything he replied rude and annoyed way that he doesn’t have time.In some occations we argue as I needed help from him where he spend time with his collegues and friends.I again kept it inside me and hides all abusing and violence in side me.
    When time came for my mother in law to leave I was sad but in another side also released as I was thinking to have my husband back but I was wrong.
    My husband refused to sleep with me in one bed,stay with me in one room and acted to me very bad,violent,abusive.
    He hit me in front of baby many times and harmed me also had sexual relation with forcing manner .
    Things were going worse and worse where my husband left home very early morning and come very late night,smelling of some strange smell,hides in bathroom and it end up with violence only if I asked where he was.
    My brother in law start finding out what kind of person in work he is and saw he meeting girls publicly even everyone knew he is married and have recently born baby.
    My husband stopped me to talk to my family and forced me to communicate with my sister and brother in law.
    My husband gave me loads of physical and mental pressure,not support me financially ,not helped with baby and not take care for both of us.
    My family helped me to find out he have other woman from his work place who he meets daily and visiting her house .
    The day I left him for rape me,violence over me and mental abuse of forced unprotected sex to revenge me I decided to call police and report him and end up my destroyed marriage.
    From September 2013 I become victim and member of national violence team.They arrest him and made him on bail till January 2014 where they made him free of charge and innocence .
    I did not saw him from September 2013 neither he saw my daughter.We are in stage of divorce from civil marriage which is in process .

    I still would like to know now if I am divorced by islamic way or again have to face him for nikah divorce after all those things he done to me?
    I asked advice already in some places where they said my nikah is broken because of my husband behaviour.
    Please help me with this and tell me what you think.

    • Shohar ki marzi ke khilaf talaq zabardasti dilwaya gya tha gharwalo ke pressure se. Bila wajah. Shohar ne alfaz nahi kahe balki papers par sign kar diye or kagzaat ke zariye talaaq de diya. Kya ye talaaq jayaz hai? Hamara rishta halal to hai. Talaaq ke bad me shohar ke ghar nahi gayi. December 2013 se abhi tak.
      Fir ekrat wo aye or mujhe rota hua dekh kar kahne lage me tumhe le jaunga. or gale se laga liya waledah ke or ALLAH ke saamne.
      Uske bad humne ek dusro ko 2-3 martba dekha. Phone pe bhi bate ki rozana. Me US me rehti hu or wo Pak me. Talaq ke bad mujhe US ana tha abbu ke tabiyat thik nahi thi. Iddat ke waqt pak nahi gyi me. Bas phone pe bat hoti thi. Kagzaat me likha tha hum ladki ke kehne par de rahe hai Talaaq salaasa.
      Ab Me apne shohar ke ghar jana chahti hu wapas bina halala ke. Kayi imam se poocha kayi ne kaha 3 martaba hogya ek hi bar me. Kisi ne kaha nahi. Kayi ne kaha gharwalo ke dabav me ake jayaz talaaq nahi hua hai.
      Kayi ne kaha ke agar me or mere shohar talaq k bad ki rat mile hai or gale lagaya hai or wapas le jana ko kaha hai to talaq bilkul nahi hua hai. Or hum shariah me shohar or biwi hi hai tab hi se. Unhone talaq ke kagaz likhe nahi hai sirf sign kiye hai. Unhone socha ke mujhe b sign karne hai. Hume pata bhi nahi tha ke humara talaaq ho jayega ese usi waqt.
      Alim ka jawab:
      All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad , is His slave and messenger.
      Agar apne manga hai apke shohar se talaaq bila kisi jayaz wajah ke to apne gunah kiya hai, ap ALLAH se mafi mangiye.
      Fataawa NUMBER 131953, 94110 and 86527 dekhiye.

      Sirf “talaaq” alfaz likhne se talaaq nahi ho jata. Jab tak ke shohar ki niyat na ho talaaq ki. Shohar ke sirf dastakhat se bhi koi talaaq nahi hoga.
      Fatwa number 87034 dekhiye.
      Ye khas tawajjoh ki bat hai ke kisi bhi dabaav me akar talaaq diya hua talaaq nahi qaraar paya jayega. Jab tak ke shariah ke kisi khas ohde tak na bat Fataawa number 117588 and 118112 dekhiye.

      Talaaq wapas liya ja sakta hai zabaan se bolkar ya koi bhi esa ishara kar ke. Fatwa number 89845 dekhe.
      Is tarah ke maslo me shohar ki niyat dekhi jati hai. Ap kisi as pas ke khas mufti ya Alim se rabta karke confirm kare.
      ALLAH hi sab behtar janne wala hai.

      There is a fatwa similar to your problem.
      Fatwa No : 254701- Questionable divorce- Fatwa Date : Sha’baan 5, 1435 / 3-6-2014

      The question of the sister was:
      Question
      I had been divorced last year from my husband on September 25 2013. He was not ready to take a separation and it was against his will. but he give a divorce under pressure of my families and me. Because we forced him to give a divorce. The divorce was with no reason, I was mentally upset and ask him to give me. He didn’t said 3 divorces by spoken words, But he divorced me through divorce paper as divorce, divorce, divorce ( Talaak Salasa ). So is this divorce valid? Or we are still husband and wife! And is our relation halal to each other. After divorce I didn’t went back to my husband house. And my iddat period was over in December 25 2013. After divorce he came to see me at night as I was crying and he said that he will take me back and hugged me in front of my mom and Allah. And after that we have seen 2,3 times again. And we talked on phone every single day. As I live in USA and he lives in Pakistan, after divorce I had to come back to USA as my father was not ok. And during my iddat time I didn’t went back to Pakistan, but we were on phone everytime. On divorce paper they clearly said ” we are giving the divorce because the girl is forcing us for divorce after every single time. So we are giving divorce divorce divorce “salasa talaak”. Now I really want to go back to my husband without doing Halala. I asked many imam. Some says 3 divorces at one sittings consider 1. And I can go back to him. And some says no. And they even says that the divorces under pressure of the families doesn’t consider a valid divorce. And they even says that if me and my husband met each other after divorce night and said that he will take me back and hugged me, that time too my divorce was finished. And we are legally husband and wife from that moment. He didn’t wrote the divorce paper, he just signed it, and he thought that I have to sign it too, we were not prepared that we had a divorce from that time.

      The answer by scholar was:
      All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad , is His slave and messenger.

      If you have asked your husband for divorce for no valid or legitimate reason, you have committed a wrongdoing of which you should repent to Allaah. Please, refer to Fataawa 131953 and 86527.

      Writing the words of divorce does not count as an effective divorce unless the husband holds the intention of divorce while writing them. The husband’s mere signature on the paper does not render the divorce as taking effect. This was underlined in Fatwa 87034.

      According to the majority of Muslim jurists, pronouncing divorce thrice in one instance counts as three occurrences of divorce unless the husband intends merely to emphasize the first utterance of divorce (by means of the second and third repetitions). Shaykhul-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah may Allaah have mercy upon him adopted the opinion that pronouncing divorce three times in one instance counts as only one occurrence of divorce. Please, refer to Fatwa 94110.

      It should be noted that giving divorce under moral pressure does not take effect unless the pressure reaches the Sharee’ah-considerable level of duress as underlined in Fataawa 117588 and 118112.

      Revoking the divorce can be done by verbal statement or action; this issue is explained in detail in Fatwa 89845.

      As you can easily notice, scholars maintained different opinions regarding these issues, and some of these issues require investigating the husband’s intention. Therefore, it is highly important to refer the case to Sharee’ah-court or consult reliable local scholars – via personal contact.

    • Dear sister, during menses you can’t recite the wazifa which contains Qurani Ayaat. You can read if it has any tasbih.

      It is recommended not to perform these wazaif during menses. 🙂

    I have recited Surah-e-Al e Imran (Surah#3) ki Ayat#107 for whitening face, but no result as yet.
    How many days do i have to recite this dua?
    I have also completed the 41 days wazifa for wealth, but i haven’t noticed any thing yet, how long will it take to see the benefits?

    • Depends on your sincerity of performing a wazifa. There are certain terms and conditions for any dua wazifa to be accepted by ALLAH.

      Some prominent of them are:
      1. 5 times obligatory namaz,
      2. no haram should be eaten,
      3. pray Salt-ul-taubah for repentence and make a dua for your forgiveness,
      4. offer sadaqah and khairat.
      5. pefrain yourself from speaking lie and doing all haram acts.

      In Se Murad Munafiqeen Hai Yaani Musalmano Aur Munafiqeen Ke Darmiyan Namaz Hi Eak Wo Cheez Hai Jo Munafiqao Ke Liye Baiz Imaan Hai – Ke Isi Waje Se Hum Inhe Qatal Nahi Karte Aur In Per Islami Ahkam Jari Karte Hai Ab Jo Munafiq Namaz Ko Chod Dega Is Ka Kufr Zahir Ho Jayega Aur Wo Layeq Qatal Hoga.

      Mukammal namaz ke liye Huzoor-e-Akram Muhammad Mustafa Sallallahu alayhi wasallam ne Haq Ta’Ala se ek khusoosi dua farmayi:
      “Allahumma inni As aluka Tamaamal Wuzoo ee WatamaamasSalaati Watamaama Rizwaanika Watamaama Maghfiratika”

      Translation:
      “Ae Allah tujhse mangte hai pura pura wuzu karna, or puri puri namaz ada karna, or puri puri teri razamandi, or puri puri teri bakhshish.”

      Namaz ese pado ke Allah Azzawajal tumhe dekh rahe hai or tum unhe, or agar tum unhe nahi dekh rahe ho to beshak WO to tumhe dekh hi rahe hai. Itni Aajziyat ke sath padiye, narmi se padiye, or nazar sidhe sajde ki taraf rakhiye.
      Zyada se zyada ba wudu rehne ki koshish kare, namaz waqt par pade.
      Insha Allah paband ho jayenge.

    i also wanted to know what will happen if somebody prays for his/her own death. I have listened that if one prays for death, his/her age is extended. Is it true?
    I want to die soon. Please sir help me… I don’t want to live more.

    Dear sir, I have a severe shoulder, back pain accompanied by production of phlegm through my throat. as the pain increases, the production of the phlegm also increases. Sometimes the pain overtake my whole body and prevent me from doing thing for myself. I have been to so many hospitals but I was not successful.I have prayed over it but the sickness is still pursuing me. Of late it is become very worse. I beg you in the name of ALLAH SUBAHANAHU WATA ALA to pray me and help me out of this predicament.

    • I Feel feel very sad for my who is realy hard headed. He was already brought to one Chinese Hospital but they refuse to Treat him informing us that the Canser is already forth stage. Allah kareem, I bought one Therapy Machine (Ceragem Master Bed) to help him but used for only few days and stop. He went to another place and didn’t contenue the treatment in fact there is a good inprovement. So I told them I have my best. I Just pray to Allah to help him recover.    Thank You,   M.L. ADIL

    First of all I would like to recommend you to withdraw all the relation with that non-muslim boy. It is fobidden in islam having any kind of relationship with a non-mahram, whereas in
    your case the boy is a hindu. So this is a grevious sin you are committing.
    Whether he leave his previous girl friend or not, shouldn’t be a big deal for you.
