Qurani Wazifa for Constipation

Or commonly known as

Qabz ka Desi Ilaaj

Constipation which is also known as Qabz or in other ways also a part of indigestion. We eat too much and drink a little water. This causes the problem in the stomach and effects the digestion process. Without sufficient water, our digestion systems will not work in proper manner and unable to digest the entire food in required time and form. Do not drink water just after having a food, this usually weakens our intestines. So whenever you drink, note 30 minutes at least before and after having food.

Eat a bit of Jaggery or Gur after whenever you eat food, this will boost your digestion process and helps them to work even better. Jaggery prevents gastric in the stomach. So whoever has a disease of gastric in their stomach this is a good news for them. If you eat Jaggery after food every time, you will not encounter gastric problem Insha ALLAH. Eating sweet after having a food is a Sunnah also.

Here is a Qurani Wazifa for Constipation for those who are really in trouble due to the constipation. You just need a salt for performing this wazifa. A salt which you use in your home.

व बिल-हक़्क़ी ‘अनज़लनाहू व बिल-हक़्क़ी न:ज़:ल:  ۗ  व मा अरसलनाका इल्ला मुबश्शिरा व नज़ीरा

Qurani Wazifa for Constipation in English

How to Perform  This Qurani Wazifa for Constipation?

1. Make a fresh ablution;
2. Take some salt;
3. Recite seven (7) times the above mentioned Sūrah #17, Al-‘Isrā‘, Verse #105;
4. Then blow on the salt;
5. Lick this salt;
6. Insha ALLAH you will see the results;

You can perform this every day. There is no fixed duration for this wazifa, you can do up to whenever you have need to to do it.

Important Note: As this wazifa contains verses from The Noble Quran, females must not perform this wazifa during the 7 days of menses/periods.

1. Sabse pahle taza wudu bana lijiye;
2. Thoda sa khane wala namak le lijiye;
3. Saath martaba bethkar Sūrah #17, Al-‘Isrā‘, Ayat #105 jo ki upar di hui hai parhiye;
4. Fir us namak par dum kar dijiye;
5. Fir is namak ko chaat lijiye;
6. Insha ALLAH apko bahot hi jald farq nazar ayega, Ameen.

Is wazifa ke koi side effects nahi honge insha ALLAH.

Ap ye wazifa rozana bhi kar sakte hai. Miyad koi tay nahi jab tak chahe tab tak kar sakte hai ap.

1. सबसे पहले ताज़ा वुदू बना लीजिये;
2. थोड़ा सा खाने वाला नमक ले लीजिये;
3. साथ मरतबा बैठकर सूरह नंबर 17, अल-‘इसरा, आयात नंबर 105 जो की ऊपर दी हुई है पढ़िए;
4. फिर उस नमक पर दम कर दीजिये;
5. फिर इस नमक को चाट लीजिये;
6. इंशा अल्लाह आपको बहोत ही जल्द फ़र्क़ नज़र आएगा, आमीन |

इस वज़ीफ़ा के कोई साइड इफेक्ट्स नहीं होंगे इंशा अल्लाह |
