As we grow older, our skin looses elasticity and its ability to restoration. Our bodies produce less of the collagen that keeps skin looking firm, youthful, and vibrant. The inner layer of the skin starts becoming thin and decreases the ability to repair. Which is also one of the causes of getting wrinkles on the skin. Whereas wrinkles are also caused by sun exposure, smoking, stress, and poor diet, among other factors.
