Jo shakhs subah aur sham aakhir ke teen Qul Shareef yani Surah Ikhlas, Surah Falaq aur Surah Nas teenon ko 3, 3 martaba parhe, ALLAH Azzawajal use har cheez ke shar se bachata hai. See Tahajjud ki namaz ka tareeqa here.
Ghaur Talab: Khawateen ko agar ye amal muh zubani yad rahe to wo haiz/maahwari ke dino mein bhi kar sakti hai.

If anyone wants to safeguard himself during his journey. No matter whether the journey is long or short. All he need sto recite the lovely Quls for example- Surah Ikhlas, Surah Falaq and aur Surah Nas all three (3), (3) recite three times each. He will be safeguarded from every harm by ALLAH. सफर में हर बला-मुसीबत से पनाह के लिए, हिफाज़त के लिए अमल हिंदी में
जो शख़्स सुबह और शाम आख़िर के तीन क़ुल शरीफ यानि सूरह इख़लास, सूरह फ़लक़ और सूरह नास तीनों को 3, 3 मरतबाह पढ़े, अल्लाह अज़्ज़वजल उसे हर चीज़ के शर से बचाता है|
और फिर जिसे अल्लाह जल्ला जलालुहू हिफाज़त में ले उसे नुक़सान पहुचाएँ कौन?
ग़ौरतलब: ख़वातीन को अगर ये अमल मुह ज़ुबानी याद रहे तो वो हैज़/माहवारी के दिनों में भी कर सकती है|
