1. In the state of an ablution, after performing each obligatory prayers;
2. Recite 11 martaba Al ‘Hayyu Al-Qayyum Al-Haqqu Al-Nooru;
3. Afterwards, blow on the top your all eight fingers of hand;
4. Then, wipe your fingers over your eyes gently;
5. Perform exactly the same method every day after every 5 obligatory prayers;
6. If ALLAH wills, soon this disease will be healed;

Important Note: As this amal needs all the 5 obligatory prayers to be performed. Therefore, females must not execute this amal during their menses/periods.

2. 11 मर्तबा अल ‘हय्यु अल-क़य्यूम अल-हककु अल-नूरु पढ़िए;
3. परहने के बाद हाथो की आठों उंगलियों की पोरों के ऊपर दम कर दीजिये;
4. और उसके बाद आँखों पर उंगलियों को फेरें;
5. ये अमल रोज़ाना 5 मरतबा बिला नागाह कीजिये जब तक असर नज़र ना आए;
6. इन्शा अल्लाह भोट जल्द ही मोतियाबिन्द की इस बीमारी से निजात मिल जाएगी;

ग़ौरतलब: चूंकि इस अमल में नमाज़ पढ़नी है तो ज़ाहिर है ख़वातीन हैज़/माहवारी में ये अमल नहीं करेंगी|

فَكَشَفْنَا عَنكَ غِطَاءَكَ فَبَصَرُكَ الْيَوْمَ حَدِيدٌ

Fakashafna ‘anka ghita-aka faba-sarooka-alyawma-hadeedun

फकशफना ‘अनका गिता-अका फ-ब-सरूकल-यवमा-हदीद|

Now have We removed thy veil, and sharp is thy sight this Day!”

پس ہم نے تجھ سے تیرا پردہ دور کر دیا پس تیری نگاہ آج بڑی تیز ہے

पस हमने तुझसे तेरा पर्दा दूर कर दिया है पस तेरी निगाह आज बड़ी तेज़ है|

٥. یہ عمل روزانہ 5 مرتبہ بلا ناگاہکیجئے جب تک اثر نظر نہ ہے ؛

٦. انشا الله بھوت جلد ہی موتیابند کی اس بیماری سے نجات مل جاےگی؛

غور طلب: چکیاس عمل میں نماز پڑھنیہے تو ظاہر ہے خواتین ہیز/ماہواری میں یہ عمل نہیں کرینگی؛
