As salamu-alaykum my dear brothers & sisters and all elders, One of my lovely sister demanded a Dua for the disease Vitiligo. This disease is related with the pigment cells of the skin, melanocytes, are destroyed in certain areas. This causes whiteness on the skin surface. Overall the skin looks uglier with white patches on it.
Ye ek jild se jura wo marz hai jisme jild par safed nishan ban jate hai jo ki bhadde dikhte hai.

Islamic Dua for Vitiligo in Quran in English
قُل هُوٌَل مُعين ياَ ماَرؤفُل منَان وَل حَليِم
English Transliteration: Qulhuwal mue’en yaa maarooful Mannaan wal haleem
In the state of ablution. Recite the above dua 3 times and blow on a little amount of water and drink it. Do this thrice (3 times) a day. Perform this wazifa until you see improvements. Insha ALLAH soon you will see the positive changes.
Indeed Allah Subhanahu Wata ‘Ala is the only Healer.
Note: Females are not allowed to recite this wazifa during their 7 days of menses/periods.

Upar di gayi dua ko 3 martaba padiye or fir thode se pani pe dum kar dijiye fir pi lijiye. Esa din me 3 martaba kijiye. InshaAllah jild ki is bimari se apko bhot jald nijat mil jayegi or farq mehsoos hone lagega. Beshak shifa dene wala bhi ALLAH Subhanahu Wata ‘Ala hi hai.
Ghaur Talab: Khawateen ye wazifa haiz/maahwari mein nahi kare.

बरस के मर्ज़ का इलाज क़ुर’आन-ए-पाक से हिंदी में
- वुज़ू बना लीजिये;
- और फिर ऊपर दी गयी आयत को 3 मरतबा पढ़िए;
- उसके बाद थोड़े से पानी पे दम कर दीजिये;
- फिर इस दम किये हुए पानी को पी लीजिये;
- ऐसा दिन में 3 मरतबा कीजिये;
- ये वज़ीफ़ा जब तक मुकम्मल फवाइद न हो तब तक आप कर सकते है;
इंशाअल्लाह जिल्द की इस बीमारी से आपको भोत जल्द निजात मिल जाएगी और फ़र्क़ महसूस होने लगेगा| बेशक शिफ़ा देने वाला भी अल्लाह सुब्हानहु वत’आला ही है|
ग़ौरतलब: ख़वातीन ये वज़ीफ़ा हैज़/माहवारी में नहीं करे|

All yaALLAH Dua Wazaif are from Quran and Hadith by Ulema and Scholars, This is from Amal-e-Qurani. It is very hard for me to provide exact reference for this.
