If periods/menses/menstruation are not on regular intervals or stopped. Then such disease can be cured through islamic treatment which is written below:

How to Perform the Wazifa for Wazifa for Irregular Periods

English

  1. Make a fresh ablution;
  2. Recite 11 times once again Durood-e-Pak in the end;
  3. Recite In kullu nafsinllamma’ alayha’ ḥa’fiẓunm Falyanzuri ‘l’insanu mimma khuliqa khuliq Mimma inm da’fiqinm Yakhruju mimma baynis ‘ṣulbi wattaraaib
  4. Recite Ayat #4-7 of Surah Tariq written above 31 times;
  5. Recite 11 times once again Durood-e-Pak in the end;
  6. Then do a blow on the pure water and drink this.
  7. Do this regularly till period/menses starts.

4.  ‏إِن كُلُّ نَفْسٍۢ لَّمَّا عَلَيْهَا حَافِظٌۭ

5. ‏فَلْيَنظُرِ ٱلْإِنسَنُ مِمَّ خُلِقَ

6. ‏خُلِقَ مِن مَّآءٍۢ دَافِقٍۢ

7. ‏يَخْرُجُ مِنۢ بَيْنِ ٱلصُّلْبِ وَٱلتَّرَآئِبِ

بے ترتیب ایّام کے لیے کارآمد وظیفہ

١. سب سے پہلے تازہ وضو بنا لیں۔

٢. شروع میں درودِ پاک ١١ مرتبہ پڑھیں۔

٣. پھر قرآن کریم کی سورت طارق کی آیات عدد (٤-٧) کو ۳۱ مرتبہ پڑھیں۔ ١. ‏إِن كُلُّ نَفْسٍۢ لَّمَّا عَلَيْهَا حَافِظٌۭ ٢. ‏فَلْيَنظُرِ ٱلْإِنسَنُ مِمَّ خُلِقَ ٣. ‏خُلِقَ مِن مَّآءٍۢ دَافِقٍۢ ٤. ‏يَخْرُجُ مِنۢ بَيْنِ ٱلصُّلْبِ وَٱلتَّرَآئِبِ

٤. آخر میں پھر سے درودِ پاک ۱۱ مرتبہ پڑھیں۔

٥. پھر پاک صاف پانی پردم کر کے پی لیں۔

٦. ایسا روز کریں جب تک ایّام/ حیض/ ماہواری کی ابتدا نہ ہو جائے۔

غور طلب: اگر ایّام بالکل رک گئے ہوں یا ٹھیک وقت پر نہیں آتے تو آپ یہ وظیفہ کریں۔ مگر یاد رکھیے، ایّام رکنے کی وجہ حمل نہ ہو، کیونکہ حمل کی وجہ سے ایّام کا رکنا قدرتی ہے، بیماری نہیں ہے۔

Wazifa for Irregular Periods

Roman English

  1. Sabse pahle taza wudu bana lijiye;
  2. Fir Durood-e-Pak 11 martaba parhiye;
  3. Fir uske bad Quran-e-Kareem ki Surah Tariq ayat #4 se 7 (Jo Upar Likhi hai) ko 31 martaba parhiye;
  4. Akhir me firse Durood-e-pak 11 martaba parhiye;
  5. Fir pak saf pani par dum karke pi lijiye;
  6. Esa roz kijiye jab tak ayyam/haiz/mahvari ki ibteda na ho jaye.

Agar ayyam bilkul ruk gaye ho ya thik waqt par nahi ate to ye wazifa kijiye. Magar yad rakhiye ayyam rukne ki wajah hamal na ho, kyuke hamal ka hona zahiri taur pe ye wajah qudrati hai bimari nahi hai.

Ghaur Talab: Khawateen ye amal haiz/maahwari mein nahi karein.

बे-क़ायदा या बे तरतीब अय्याम का रूहानी इलाज हिंदी ज़ुबान में

  1. सबसे पहले ताज़ा वुज़ू बना लीजिये|
  2. फिर दुरूद-ए-पाक 11 मरतबा पढ़िए|
  3. फिर उसके बाद क़ुरान-ए-करीम की सूरह अत-तारिक़ आयत #4 से 7 (जो ऊपर दर्ज ज़हल है) को 31 मरतबा पढ़िए|
  4. आख़िर में फिरसे दुरूद-ए-पाक 11 मरतबा पढ़िए|
  5. फिर पाक साफ पानी पर दम करके पी लीजिये|
  6. ऐसा रोज़ कीजिये जब तक अय्याम/हैज़/माहवारी की इब्तिदा न हो जाये|
  7. अगर अय्याम बिलकुल रुक गए हो या ठीक वक़्त पर नहीं आते तो ये वज़ीफ़ा कीजिये| मगर याद रखिये अय्याम रुकने की वजह हमल न हो, क्यूंकि हमल का होना ज़ाहिरी तौर पे ये वजह क़ुदरती है बीमारी नहीं है|

ग़ौरतलब: ख़वातीन ये अमल हैज़/माहवारी में नहीं करें|

Al Mu ta’aa li

  1. Buland Sifaton Wala
  2. Upar diye hue Asma-ul-Husna ko zyadah zyadah martaba parhiye aur parh kar apne upar dum kijiye;

Insha ALLAH ayyam ka dard jata rahega. Is amal ko karte waqt 100 feesad yaqin rakhein.

Ghaur Talab: Khwateen ye wazifa yani ALLAH ke pyare nam ka wazifa dard se rahat ke liye ayyam me bhi parh sakte hai.

ایّام میں درد کے لئے وظیفہ

جب ایّام میں درد محسوس ہو تو آپ یہ وظیفہ کر سکتے ہیں۔ اللّٰه سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کا مبارک نام اَلْمُتَعَالِی جس کا مطلب ہے بلند صفتوں والا، کا خوب ورد کریں۔ اور ورد کرنے کے بعد اپنے اوپر دم کر لیں۔ انشاء اللّٰه ایّام کا درد جاتا رہے گا۔

غور طلب: خواتین درد سے راحت پانے کے لئے یہ وظیفہ حیض/ماہواری کے دوران کر سکتی ہیں۔

ऊपर दिए हुए अस्मा-उल-हुस्ना को ज़्यादह से ज़्यादह मरतबा पढ़िए और पढ़ कर अपने ऊपर दम कीजिये|
इन्शा अल्लाह अय्याम का दर्द जाता रहेगा| इस अमल को करते वक़्त सौ फीसद यक़ीन रखें|

ग़ौरतलब: ख़वातीन ये वज़ीफ़ा अय्याम/माहवारी में भी पढ़ सकते है|

It’s now been 3 years I don’t have period and doctor put me on birth control. Can I still perform this wazifa by being on medications? Jazakallah. I am very young girl and inshallah I will find cure.     • Nahi ap ye amal na karein. Ap aisi ghaza istemal karein jis mein iron ki miqdar zyadah payi jati hai like green leafy vegetables (spinach and kale) , beet, pomegranate, egg yolk, beans, lentils,red meat and organ meat such as kidney and livers etc.
      Jab apka haemoglobin level normal ho jayega phir ap bataye. Agar tab bhi masla hua to ap ye amal kar sakti hain.
