Types of Sadness

In the the language English Sadness has a number of synonyms.  These are distressed, displeased, dissatisfied, distraught, dismay, feeling bad, feeling uncomfortable, miserable, regret, sad, shock, suffering, hurt, uneasy, unhappy, upset, anguish, blue, dejected, disappointed, discouraged, grief, homesick, lonely, lovesick and sorrowful.

Ek Hadees-e-Mubarika Mein Hazrat Mu’hammad SallALLAHU ‘Alayhe Wasallam ne irshad farmaya hai ke jab bhi tum kisi pareshani, ranj-o-gham ya qarz mein mein mubtila ho to ye dua khoob dil se parho aur ALLAH se dua karo apni gham, pareshani ya phir qarz door karne ki.

Gham chahe kisi bhi tarah ka ho, chahe muhabbat mein dhokha khaya ho, ya phir koi aur duniyawi gham bhi ho sakta hai. Ap ye amal kar sakte hai. Bas wuzu bana lein aur ye dua parhein jitni martabah bhi ap chahe parhiye. Rozana bila nagah kijiye. Insha ALLAH jaldi apko iska faiz aur natije nazar ane shuru honge Ameen. Ghabrahat,Pareshani aur Ranj se Nijat ke Liye Dua yahan dekhein.

Gham se Nijat Pane ki Dua ye hai-

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحُزْنِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْجُبْنِ وَالْبُخْلِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ غَلَبَةِ الدَّيْنِ وَقَهْرِ الرِّجَالِ

ALLAHumma Inni A’uzu Bika Minal Hammi Wal Huzani, Wa A’uzu Bika Minal Ajzi Wal Kasali, Wa ’aauzu Bika Minal Jubni Wal Bukhli, Wa A’uzu Bika Min Galabatiddaini Wa Qahrirrijali

اے اللّٰه! میں پناہ چاہتا ہوں تیرے ذریعے سے پریشانی اور غم سے، اور پناہ چاہتا ہوں عاجز ہو جانے اور کاہلی سے، اور پناہ چاہتا ہوں بزدلی اور بخل سے، اور پناہ چاہتا ہوں قرض کے بوجھ اور لوگوں کے تسلّط سے۔

Oh ALLAH I seek protection in you from worries and sadness and I seek protection in you from weakness and laziness and I seek protection in you from miserliness and cowardliness and I seek protection in You from overpowering debts and being overpowered by people.

ऐ अल्लाह में पनाह चाहता हूँ तेरे ज़रियाह से परेशानी और ग़म से, और पनाह चाहता हूँ आजिज़ी हो जाने से और कायली से, और पनाह चाहता हूँ बुज़दिली और बुख़्ल से और पनाह चाहता हूँ क़र्ज़ के बोझ और लोगों की तसल्लत से|
Ghaur Talab: Apko sirf arabi me hi parhna hai. Translations sirf apko samjhane ke liye diye gaye hai. Khawateen haiz mein bhi wuzu banakar ye amal kar sakti hai.

غم سے نجات کے لیے بہترین عمل 

ایک حدیثِ مبارکہ میں حضرت محمد صلی اللّٰه علیہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا ہے کہ جب بھی تم کسی پریشانی، رنج و غم یا قرض میں مبتلا ہو تو یہ دعا خوب دل سے پڑھو اور اللّٰه تعالیٰ سے اپنے غم، پریشانی یا قرض کے دور ہونے کی دعا کرو۔

غم چاہے کسی بھی طرح کا ہو، چاہے محبت میں دھوکہ کھایا ہو یا پھر کوئی اور دنیاوی غم بھی ہو سکتا ہے۔ آپ یہ عمل کر سکتے ہیں۔ بس وضو بنا لیں اور جتنی مرتبہ چاہیں یہ دعا پڑھیں۔ روزانہ بلاناغہ یہ وظیفہ کریں۔ انشاء اللّٰه جلد آپ کو اسکا فیض اور نتائج نظر آنا شروع ہوں گے آمین۔

گھبراہٹ، پریشانی اور رنج سے نجات کے لئے دعا یہاں دیکھیں۔

غور طلب: آپ نے دعا کو صرف عربی میں ہی پرھنا ہے۔ ‏خواتین حیض میں بھی وضو بنا کر یہ عمل سکتی ہیں۔

It has been mentioned in a lovely Hadees that Prophet Mu’hammad SallALLAHU ‘Alayhe Wasallam has said, that if one feels sad, sorrow or in a situation of distress or depression or if someone has a huge debt to pay he should recite this dua from the bottom of his heart to seek help from ALLAH, The Only Hope.

This amal will definitely provide a help to come out of any sort of sadness and sorrow. No matter, if anyone is cheated in love or any worldly causes of it. Just recite this dua in the state of an ablution as much as you can. There is no fixed number. You can do it every day till you see the favorable results. اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحُزْنِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْجُبْنِ وَالْبُخْلِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ غَلَبَةِ الدَّيْنِ وَقَهْرِ الرِّجَالِ

ग़म, फ़िक्र, क़र्ज़ और तमाम परेशानी से निजात पाने का अमल हिंदी ज़ुबान में
एक हदीस-ए-मुबारिका में हज़रत मु’हम्मद सल्लल्लाहु ‘अलयहे वसल्लम ने इरशाद फ़रमाया है के जब भी कोई परेशानी, रन्ज-ओ-ग़म या क़र्ज़ में में मुब्तिला हो तो ये दु’आ खूब दिल से पढ़ो और अल्लाह से अपनी ग़म, परेशानी या फिर क़र्ज़ दूर करने की दु’आ करो|
ग़म चाहे किसी भी तरह का हो, चाहे मुहब्बत में धोखा खाया हो, या फिर कोई और दुनियावी ग़म भी हो सकता है| आप ये अमल कर सकते है| बस वुज़ू बना लें और ये दु’आ पढ़ें जितनी मरतबाह भी आप चाहे पढ़िए| रोज़ाना बिला नागाह कीजिये| इन्शा अल्लाह जल्दी आपको इसका फैज़ और नतीजे नज़र आने शुरू होंगे आमीन|
ग़म से निजात पाने की दुआ ये है-
अल्लाहुम्मा इन्नी आ’ऊज़ू बिका मिनल हम्मी वल हुज़्नी, व आ’ऊज़ू बिका मिनल अजज़ी वल कसली, व आ’ऊज़ू बिका मिनल जुबनि वल बुख़्ली, व आ’ऊज़ू बिका मिन ग़लबतिद दैनी व क़हरिर रिजाल

  2. Salam Bhai, is this ‘Ya Hayyum ya Kayyum berahmatika…’. I am reciting this like a zikr repeatedly as I am on my menses at the moment and cannot offer namaz. Is this ok Bhai? Also how many days after menses can I start the main wazifa? if I finish menses sooner than 7 days can i start right away or do I have to wait 7 days in total after menses to start main wazifa with namaz? Kindly clarify. I am forever grateful for your help. Regards

  3. my husband also does not give me any money or help me financially. He also causes a lot of problems with giving money for his child. Please kindly help me on an urgent basis that he gives me money and also provides money for his child. I am very fed up with him. I am extremely sorry for all these messages. Kindly please forgive me. Please make him give me and my child money please Bhai. i am going through my menses at the moment. Is there any tasbih or zikr I can do for this at the moment? and then later start the wazifa when my menses is finished? thank you for your reply as always.

        I am using the Kul Raweez for all my problems in general but what is bothering me is the thought of my husband. His thought doesnt let me sleep at night..because I am so scared of him. I just want him out of my life but I cannot divorce him because of my baby. This fear is taking over my life..my day is spoilt because of his thoughts..you can say that I honestly I hate him. I do not want him in my life Bhai..but I do not want to use any wazifa to destroy enemy as its haram…although I do consider him my enemy. Is there anything that would protect me from him. Because I am alone so he can say or do anything. Please Bhai help me..I am being very truthful here and I am absolutely desperate that he leaves me alone. I dont want to see his face bhai..I do not like him..honestly…we are living under the same roof but whenever he is in the house I have palipitations and when he is out for work I am very relieved. Sorry he has tortured me mentally so much that his presence makes me feel very very bad. Please is there any way I can remove him without divorcing him and in a way that would not be haram. Please help i am desperate.

        I am in a very bad situation and that is why i am messaging your frrequesntly. Too many issues are in my life..I told you before that I am living in the UK but I do not like it in the UK. I would like to find a job in Muscat Oman and come to Oman to live and leave the UK. If possible It would be good also if my husband would also come to Oman for job..so that we can leave the UK as a family and setlle in Muscat, Oman with my baby. Bhai this is an impossible situation at the moment. I am becoming sick every Bhai..I feel that I may die or stop breathing if situations like this continue..I am unable to cope..its too much depression in the UK. Is is possible to use wazifa for us to setlle in Oman? Please Bhai help.

    I will do the husband wife relationship wazifa but at the same time I do not want him in my life. However, I dont want seperation or divorce because I have a child and my child needs her father so that is why I am still living with him. I do not feel that I love him anymore. He has caused enough trouble already. I dont want him causing anymore problems. Please give me a wazifa so that I dont have to see him that much..or see him very minimal. Is is possible to have him under my control please?? My feelings towards him are gone. I dont love him Bhai..I just need him as my daughter’s father. But I dont him causing any problems please.

    Regarding the wazifa for bad husband..if my husband does not like the smell of Jasmine oil he will not let me massage his head with it. he is sensitive to strong smells. what can i do in this situation?

  7. salam Imran Bhai. Thank you for your replies. id also like to mention that my husband mentally tortures me..he emotionally abuses me and also blackmails me. He is an extremely arrogant person. For this i have been to many doctors and they give me medicine to take. his emotional torture has brought fear in my heart. i am scared of him all the time. i want protection from him Imran Bhai. He is a cunning and clever man. Please protect me from him. Protect me from his cunning ways and his emorional abuse. This has affected me more because i have no one in uk..except him and child. i dont feel safe with him. please give me something very serious to recite and which will work 100 % so that he can never ever mentally torture me again. He is also rude to my parents when they talk to phone.please Bhai i dont feel safe and i do not trust him. Pleaae give me something very very powerful so that he stops this abuse on me. i cannot leave him because he will take my child. But i want this abuse to stop and i also want him to learn his lesson.

  10. i am suffering from lonliness and depression. i live in england with husband and child. husband does not look after me or care about me. he doesnt give me any money for my wellbeing. i also dont habe any wellwishers or friends to care for me. i am suffering from lonliness and anxiety and always scared inside. i am very far away from my parents and i miss them. i am suffering mentally and in anguish due to all these reasons. please i am desperate for your help sir. inshallah ill get a reply from yoi.
