1. Asthma yani dama ke mariz ko subah wa sham rozana shahed chaatne se behad aram milta hai. Shahed mein shifa ata farmayi gayi hai. Shahed seene mein majood balgham ko kaat ta hai door karta hai. Shahaed peene se ghiza ko hazam hone mein madad milti hai. Baitul khala jane me asani ho jati hai maidah saf rahta hai. Qabz se nijat milti hai.

Is marz se shifa pane ke liye Surah adad 6 Al-Anaam ki ayat nadad 17 aur 18 (jo ki niche bhi likhi hui hai) in dono ayaat ko raat ke aakhri hisse mein jab ki tahajjud ka waqt hota hai. Us waqt wuzu banakar in dono ayaat ko pak-saf kaghaz par kisi bhi qalam se likhkar apne sidhe yani daahine bazu par bandh dijiye. Ye wazifa mariz nahi kar sakta to unke liye koi aur bhi kar sakta hai. Taweez bazu par bandkar rakhe jab tak ki apko shifa nazar nahi aye.

अस्थमा या दमा के अमराज़ के लिए शहद में शिफ़ा हिंदी ज़ुबान में

अस्थमा यानि दमा के मरीज़ को सुबह व शाम रोशन शहद चाटने से बेहद आराम मिलता है| शहद में शिफ़ा अत फ़रमाई गयी है| शहद सीने में मजूद बलग़म को काटता है दूर करता है| शहीद पीने से ग़िज़ा को हज़म होने में मदद मिलती है| बैतूल ख़ला जाने में आसानी हो जाती है मैदाह साफ रहता है| क़ब्ज़ से निजात मिलती है|

जिन्हे तंगी से सांस लेने की कैफियत है उन्हें शहद गुनगुने पानी में पिने से आराम मिलता है|
